At St Ives Veterinary Surgery we understand that your dog, cat, rabbit, bird, ferret, fish or snake is not just a pet but one of the family. With this in mind, we are committed to treating your pet in a caring and compassionate environment.

Since our beloved pets age more rapidly than we do, our philosophy is 'prevention is better then cure'. While providing treatment for any current illness, we also carry out a range of health checks and procedures to try and ensure your pet's ongoing health. This may include routine blood screens, blood pressure monitoring, nutritional and behavioural advice.

St Ives Veterinary Surgery was originally established by Michael Eaton in his home in St Ives in 1992. The surgery then moved in 2000 to its current location in the St Ives Shopping Plaza where major renovations were carried out to provide greatly improved facilities. Since then, the practice has grown to consist of an experienced and friendly team of five veterinarians and six veterinary nurses who are all dedicated to providing the highest standard of service and care to both our clients and their pets.

All our staff honour this by attending educational conferences throughout the year and regular staff meetings to discuss important customer and client service issues as well as staff development and training.
